Includes materials related to "water frauds" in the Owens Valley (including notes and an outline for his unpublished manuscript on the Owens Valley controversy), the Los Angeles Aqueduct, Boulder Dam, San Gabriel Dam, sea water conversion, California water problems, the Feather River Project, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California,the Colorado River, etc.
