This sub-series contains materials related to Brown's service on the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, of which Brown was a member from 1985-1987. Materials in the sub-series mostly focus on the publicity surrounding Brown's resignation from the committee due to his criticism of the National Reconnaissance Office, but also include background information on the committee and Brown's request to be assigned membership.
