Series Scope and Contents

The series contains transcripts from interviews performed by Laura L. Klure as research for her book Let's be Doers: A History of the YMCA of Riverside, California, 1906-1992. Most of the individuals are women who had experience with the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA), though she interviewed people who wrote about the group as well.
