 Series

Series Scope and Contents

This series of the Latin American Perspectives collection includes materials related to the publication of LAP's academic, peer-reviewed journal. The journal began in 1974 and focuses on political economy, imperialism, socialism, civil rights, social justice, and anti-war movements as they relate to Latin America. Most issues are generally constrained to a single nation, region, or subject of inquiry. Many of the folders included notes related to the editorial and publishing process (like acceptance or rejection) and these were retained as scope notes on the individual files. Many of the article submissions included a digital version on various forms of digital media (primarily 3.5" floppy disks and CDs).
