This sub-series consists of correspondence, lawsuit materials, and newspaper coverage of the lawsuit filed by Harry Lawton against James Sandos, Larry Burgess, and the University of Oklahoma Press. There is case evidence of letters, conference pamphlets, analyzed portions of the book, lectures, etc. Transcript copies relating to depositions, motions to strike, proceedings, etc. are also included.
