Collection Arrangement

The bulk of the materials in this collection were organized chronologically. This material was arranged into series by year. Some materials within each of these series spans beyond more than a single calendar year. Series 21 was material organized topically and not originally incorporated into the larger chronological chunks; these have been kept as a separate cluster of materials and the content overlaps extenseively with that in series 1-20. Newspapers and oversized clippings were removed to an oversized flat box, grouped by year, and arranged chronologically.
