Collection Scope and Contents

The collection consists of five photograph albums from the late 1950s to the mid 1970s, following a small group of gay men and their friends and families. Photographs in the collection document mostly social gatherings around Southern California, including drag parties, pride festivals, and a classic car show in Riverside. The collection also includes photographs of trips, including camping trips in the Southwestern United States as well as trips to international locales like Cancun, Mexico.
