Collection Scope and Contents From the Collection: The collection consists of reproductions of the Biblioteca del Niño Mexicano, which was a set of 110 small booklets illustrated by Mexican artist Jose Guadalupe Posada. The booklets, written by Heriberto Frias, tell the history of Mexico through short stories and fables, and were originally published between 1899 and 1901.
