This sub-series is comprised of technical reports published in 1984 by the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority (SAWPA). Reports pertain to the proposal, design, specifications, construction, and operation and maintenance of interim treatment facilities for the Stringfellow Hazardous Waste Site. James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineers, Inc. and Geotechnical Consultants, Inc. were contracted by SAWPA to prepare the reports.
