This series contains lecture notes, course documents, correspondence, and other material pertaining to Sylvia M. Broadbent's tenure in the Anthropology department at UC Riverside and earlier teaching at other universities. Course documentation includes copies of examinations, handouts, and syllabi. Correspondence largely pertains to administrative matters. The bulk of the records pertain to UC Riverside teaching and service, while select material dates from Broadbent's time at the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia, Barnard College at Columbia University, and Northwestern University.
