This series is comprised of manuscripts and publications regarding Sylvia M. Broadbent's anthropological research and scholarly writings. Manuscripts are composed of unpublished works and records, including drafts of articles, correspondence, research notes, and other material primarily authored by Sylvia M. Broadbent, as well as transcriptions and photocopies of archival documents. Publications include excerpts and reprints of published articles by Sylvia M. Broadbent and other scholars. Select issues of academic journals are also included. Broadbent's disciplinary specializations of anthropology, archaeology, and linguistics are well represented, with topics pertaining to Colombian and North American Indians predominating.
