From the Series:

This series is comprised of manuscripts, press clippings, correspondence, and other material related to the professional career of Gordon Watkins as well as the Watkins' time at UCR. Includes material regarding plans for the establishment and construction of UCR, the development of Watkins House, and the creation of the Watkins Award. Additionally, this series contains ephemera related to and recognizing the many contributions of Gordon and Anna Watkins to the UCR community.
