This series contains an original Highland Lassies uniform donated by Barbara Sirotnik, who received a bachelor of science degree in math and statistics, a master of science in statistics and a Ph.D. in applied statistics, all from the University of California, Riverside. The Highland Lassies were a student dance group at UCR that was active in the 1960s and 1970s, and members wore a uniform consisting of a kilt, sash, sock guards and ghillies.
