The collection consists of photographs compiled by Alfred R. Golzé. Most are California Department of Water Resources publicity stills featuring Golzé with other DWR officials, including Directors William E. Warne and William R. Gianelli, often shown inspecting features of the California State Water Project. Includes views of Oroville Dam, San Luis Reservoir, and the Tehachapi Pumping Plant. Also includes U.S. Bureau of Reclamation publicity stills and group photographs from various conferences and meetings attended by Golzé.
