Scope and Contents
Materials compiled by J. W. Johnson for study of low dams constructed in arroyos, primarily to act as barriers behind which sediment would deposit. Johnson used a barrier in Norcross Wash near the Navajo Experiment Station in northern New Mexico as a case study. Includes notes, correspondence, memoranda, reprints, maps, graphs, runoff records, references, and photographs.
