The collection consists of contracts, interim renewal contracts, and renewal contracts between the United States Bureau of Reclamation and California irrigation districts, water districts, wildlife refuges, and municipalities for water from the Central Valley Project,the Cachuma Project, the Kings River Project,the Orland Project,and the Solano Project.
