Tibbetts, done under the auspices of his engineering firm, Blackie and Wood, San Francisco, which was the final partnership in a series of professional partnerships which begin in 1909 under the firm name of Haviland and Tibbetts. Blackie had assumed control of the Tibbetts engineering firm at the death of Tibbetts in 1938....
