Collection Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection consists of engineering reports on water development in California. The bulk of the collection represents the work of Fred H. Tibbetts, done under the auspices of his engineering firm, Blackie and Wood, San Francisco, which was the final partnership in a series of professional partnerships which begin in 1909 under the firm name of Haviland and Tibbetts.
