The collection consists of the personal and professional papers of Robert Rosenthal, a Distinguished Professor of Graduate Division Psychology at UC Riverside, and the Edgar Pierce Professor of Psychology Emeritus at Harvard University. Materials in the collection focus on Rosenthal's over 50 year career as an instructor at Harvard and UC Riverside, as well as his internationally known research into the influence of expectations and nonverbal behavior.
