Abstract

This collection contains articles, slides, newsletters, correspondence, and other material on Dr. Martin M. Barnes, past University of California, Riverside, professor of entomology and plant pathology. Barnes' research was focused on the practical needs of agriculture. The bulk of the collection contains information on pests in California agriculture and information of his professional life at Cornell University and at the University of California, Riverside, Citrus Experiment Station.

Abstract The collection consists of material related to the career and research of former UCR Professor of Entomology Mir Mulla, who was well known for his work related to medical entomology and the biology and control of mosquitoes and black flies.
