The collection consists of materials produced and collected by the Department of Dance at the University of California, Riverside. Items in the collection include publicity materials, clippings files, videos, DVDs (and other formats) of dance performances, and a quantity of commercial publications and product catalogs related to dance. Also included in the collection are videocassettes, audiocassettes, and transcripts of oral history interviews conducted by the Department of Dance.

Inlandia Institute "Making Waves" oral history project collection
This collection contains transcripts, MP3 audio files, and digital images related to the Inlandia Institute's oral history project, "'Making Waves: Women's Environmental Movement," which documented the stories of seven Inland Empire area environmentalists. Women interviewed for the project included Jane Block, Liz Cunnison, Melba Dunlap, Beverly Wingate Maloof, Sue Nash, Penny Newman, and Ruth Anderson Wilson.
Japanese American collection
This collection primarily contains transcripts, audio cassettes, and other material pertaining to the Japanese American Cultural and Community Center (JACCC) EO 9066 Project. Also includes material pertaining to Japanese American life in Riverside, California and the Inland Empire.
National Drinking Water Advisory Council collection
The collection consists of transcripts of the proceedings of twenty-two day meetings held in Washington, D.C.; San Francisco, Calif.; Boston, Mass.; DesPlaines, Ill.; Dallas, Texas; and Denver, Colorado and minutes of proceedings from five meetings.
