Popenoe, to import, grow and sell agricultural goods including date palms. Materials in the ledger cover the business records from the entirety of the Pasadena, California based company's existence from 1912-1917 and include their Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, meeting minutes, resolutions, accounting records, and shareholder information.
