The collection consists of reports and documents related to the proposed development (approved by the California Coastal Commission) of 1,062 acres extending from the inland side of the Pacific Coast Highway fronted by Crystal Cove State Park to the ridge of the San Joaquin Hills, and falling within the Muddy Canyon/Los Trancos watersheds.
