This collection contains materials donated by alumni and former students of UC Riverside. It primarily consists of documents and ephemera related to the UCR student experience.
Homer Aschmann papers
This collection contains articles, biographical essays, slides, notes and other materials from Homer Aschmann's tenure as professor in the Geography department at the University of California, Riverside. The bulk of the collection consists of reprints of articles by various experts in the field of geography. Many of the reprints include the author's signature as well as a personal message written to Aschmann.
Carla M. Bard papers
This collection contains articles, reports, correspondences and legal documents gathered by Carla M. Bard. Bard was an environmental activist and expert on water quality issues. She was the first woman to serve as a chairperson on the California State Water Resources Control Board and later became active in issues concerning the San Joaquin River. Agencies mentioned in this collection include the Ecosystem Restoration Program Plan and California/Federal (CALFED) Bay-Delta Program.
Martin M. Barnes papers
This collection contains articles, slides, newsletters, correspondence, and other material on Dr. Martin M. Barnes, past University of California, Riverside, professor of entomology and plant pathology. Barnes' research was focused on the practical needs of agriculture.
