Outline entitled Heaven Must Fall by Robert L. Forward and Robert D. Forward (four drafts). Includes copyedits, 1991-1992
Sub-Series Scope and Contents
This sub-series contains notes, correspondence, clippings, outlines, realia, and other material regarding the development and/or publication of Robert L. Forward's science-fiction stories and non-fiction writings. Materials provide contextual information about plot and other story elements, as well as insight into the hard science concepts developed chiefly for Forward's fiction. Many documents contained in this series are heavily copyedited and occasionally autographed. All copyedits and autographs were made by Dr. Forward unless otherwise noted. Bylines are provided exclusively for co-authored works, works by other authors, and works citing more than one creative role.
Because many folders maintain the original filing scheme of the creator, select records outside the scope of this sub-series are included.

Annotation by Robert L. Forward, 26 September 1992 (on February 21, 1991 draft)
"Had a long talk with Rob today, and we decided to try and do this work jointly - 50:50 - If we could get our agents to come up with an equitable solution. Rob called Candy. She felt that under the conditions the various agents, Russ, Candy, & Henry - would come up with an equitable solution. I am to call Russ and get things started. I will write first draft - (after Rob & I have agreed on outline) - Rob will made hero & villain come alive and activate action scenes, and I will do final draft."
