Reports pertain to the proposal, design, specifications, construction, and operation and maintenance of interim treatment facilities for the Stringfellow Hazardous Waste Site. James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineers, Inc. and Geotechnical Consultants, Inc. were contracted by SAWPA to prepare the reports.
