Collection Scope and Contents

The collection consists of 16 photographs taken by well known circus photographer Harry A. Atwell, depicting indigenous performers from the Miller Brothers 101 Ranch Wild West Show in the late 1920s. Photographs in the collection include portraits of performers backstage, as well as action shots of stunt riding during performances.
