Correspondence, notes, and other material pertaining to the undergraduate course Anthropology 176, Linguistic Field Methods, 1968-1972, undated
Sub-Series Scope and Contents
This sub-series is comprised of correspondence, notes, examinations, syllabi, and other material dating from Sylvia M. Broadbent's tenure as a professor at UC Riverside (1966-present). Records document her teaching of undergraduate and graduate Anthropology courses and administrative affairs regarding her professorship and academic service. Material related to teaching includes lecture notes, correspondence, and copies of course examinations and handouts. Memos and other official UC Riverside correspondence provide insight into Broadbent's professional contributions to the university. Records documenting select projects of the Archaeological Research Unit at UC Riverside are also included.
Because many folders maintain the original filing scheme of the creator, select records outside the scope of this sub-series are included.
