This sub-series contains information on Loda Mae Davis's background from childhood to adulthood. There are images of the Davis family dating from 1898-1984, five years before Loda Mae Davis's death in 1989. It includes the telling of her own story, genealogy research, and awards received and recognition of the organizations she was a part of such as the Delta Kappa Gamma Society and American Association of University Women. This sub-series also discusses Loda Mae Davis's death and memorial.
