The bulk of the collection consists of reprints of articles by various experts in the field of geography. Many of the reprints include the author's signature as well as a personal message written to Aschmann.

Associated Students of the University of California at Riverside records
This collection contains documents, photographs, publications and other material on the Associated Students of the University of California at Riverside (ASUCR), an undergraduate student government body. Materials in the collection include information on amendments to the ASUCR Election Code and the constitution and bylaws of ASUCR. Of note is a poster documenting ASUCR's support for the students protesting for free speech at UC Berkeley in 1969.
Harry A. Atwell photographs of indigenous circus performers
The collection consists of 16 photographs taken by well known circus photographer Harry A. Atwell, depicting indigenous performers from the Miller Brothers 101 Ranch Wild West Show in the late 1920s. Photographs in the collection include portraits of performers backstage, as well as action shots of stunt riding during performances.
Collection on John J. Audubon
This collection consists of lantern slides featuring the images used in The Original Water-Color Paintings by John James Audubon for the Birds of America as well as a copy of the two volume book.
