Victoriano Huerta papers
The Victoriano Huerta papers is a collection of three documents, which mainly relate to Victoriano Huerta's military history before he became the President of Mexico in 1913. The collection includes a ledger documenting donations to Huerta's forces during the Mexican Revolution in 1912, an account of his command of the 3rd Infantry Battalion from 1894-1901, and a brief overview of his military history and accomplishments until 1914.
West India Plantations business ledger
The collection consists of the business ledger of the West India Plantations, a company founded and ran in part by Frederick O. Popenoe, to import, grow and sell agricultural goods including date palms. Materials in the ledger cover the business records from the entirety of the Pasadena, California based company's existence from 1912-1917 and include their Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, meeting minutes, resolutions, accounting records, and shareholder information.
