University of California, Riverside, Foundation Relations collection
The collection consists of historic and promotional materials about UC Riverside collected by the UCR Foundation Relations department in the course of their work. Materials in the collection include photographs of events, annual reports, university proclamations, publications, audiovisual materials, and promotional ephemera.

Gage Canal collection
This collection contains newspaper clippings, articles, and other material on the history of the Gage Canal, the system built in 1898 to supply water to the city of Riverside, California. Materials in the collection cover the sale of the Gage Canal company, various lawsuits and legal issues, and correspondence and photographs belonging to John M. Mylne, the superintendent and engineer of the Gage Canal System.

Mark Glassy collection on Frankenstein
The collection consists mainly of three dimensional models and figurines created by Mark Glassy, depicting characters and scenes from the numerous films based off of Mary Shelley's 1818 novel Frankenstein. Materials in the collection also include artwork, magazines, comic books, toys, and other ephemera related to depictions of Frankenstein's monster and other characters in popular culture.

This collection includes Hartmann's published works, unpublished manuscripts, correspondence, photographs, pastels, paintings, and diaries.
